At Pastelbloom, every order is packed with care and quality checks before shipping. As our products are fashion accessories and curated gift hampers, returns are accepted only under specific circumstances.

Eligible for Return

We accept returns only if:

  • You received the wrong product.

  • The product arrived damaged during transit.

Mandatory Requirement

To process any return or replacement request, you must provide:

  • A clear and continuous unboxing video starting before opening the package.

  • The video must clearly show the shipping label, sealed packaging, and the issue with the product.

Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video cannot be approved.

Replacement

Once your claim is verified, we will arrange a replacement for the damaged or incorrectly shipped product at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Incorrect product selection by the customer

  • Minor variations in color due to lighting or screen settings

  • Products damaged after delivery

  • Claims made without an unboxing video
